[REL]Rockwell&Messerschmitt X-31 Technology Demonstrator

This was a very important prototype in 3d vectoring and high G maneuvers. Just search for the X-31 on youtube. One of the 2 prototypes crashed during an exercise, it's also caught on tape.

This mod was shown a while ago and now Grey_Ghost asked me to finish it, so here it is.
