[REL]Boeing 747-100 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft

The same 747-100 model with following changes:

Added the Discovery shuttle (obvious, isn't it?)
Added parts on the rear wings
Added lights (if you want to have lights on the normal 741, wait until I uploaded it on GTAInside)
And new skin ofc
